Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NoCut.ng ("the Platform", operated by NoCut.ng Ltd, "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in Nigeria to register or take a position on the Platform. You confirm your age when you create an account, and again before your first position. We may request identity verification (BVN or NIN) at any time and may suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. What NoCut.ng is

NoCut.ng is a knowledge-based prediction platform. Users take a position (YES or NO) on the outcome of published real-world events. Each market has a Fixed Reward Pool (FRP) — a stated maximum payout amount, set before the market opens and never increased. Winners are paid proportionally from the pool based on their share of the winning side's total stakes; the formula is published in full on our How It Works page.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • Identity verification (KYC) is required before you can take a position. Unverified accounts can browse markets and deposit funds, but cannot stake.
  • One account per person. We may close duplicate or fraudulently created accounts and forfeit any balance obtained through fraud.

5. Deposits, wallet, and withdrawals

Deposits are processed through Paystack or Flutterwave. Your wallet balance shown on the Platform is always the authoritative, server-recorded balance. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by an administrator and are typically processed within 24 hours; we may request additional verification before releasing a withdrawal above your usual pattern of activity.

6. Market resolution and settlement

Each market states its resolution criteria and source before it opens. Once a market closes, an administrator resolves it against that published criteria and credits winners automatically. Settlement decisions are logged with a timestamp and resolution note for auditability. Settlement is final and cannot be reversed once processed.

7. Risk and responsible use

Positions are not guaranteed to win, and any amount you stake on a losing side is not returned. Only stake what you can afford to lose. You may set a daily stake limit and may activate a self-exclusion period (1 week, 1 month, or 3 months) from your profile at any time; during self-exclusion you cannot take new positions.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: use the Platform if under 18 or outside Nigeria where prohibited; create multiple accounts to evade stake limits or self-exclusion; use automated tools to place positions; attempt to manipulate market resolution; or use the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, NoCut.ng Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses from positions that do not win.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through our support channel before any other forum.
